The Boggy Creek Trail is a charming, easy, neighborhood trail that is perfect for your morning walks or afternoon run. It's mostly shaded and there are some picnic tables and shelters along the way. There are newly paved bike lanes being added now near Rosewood Park. You'll also find large public art installations - wood structures off of Nile Street and murals on the pillars under the Pleasant Valley Road bridge. It's def worth checking out!

Birdie's is a new east Austin Restaurant and Wine bar and we are all about it! The vibe is on point and has a great outdoor patio. The wine is fantastic and the tartare, fish in chilled corn broth, and cavatelli are all highlights.

The space plays up its origins as Hillside Drugstore, with vintage tile floors, cabinets leftover from the pharmacy, and a highly “cute” old-school feel throughout. We dare you not to post an Instagram before you even sit down.
