A wonderful park and hike close to our cabin. heavily shaded, wide hiking trail and an easy hike for all ages. You can have a good long conversation and the forest really shows off.

This place is fantastic! General Palmer, the founder of Colorado Springs, an abolitionist and a Civil War spy, built this castle for his bride. Huge herd of Big Horn Sheep slow traffic regularly!

Such a fun place for kids, built in the 30's and is such a memory maker. Our kids have fond memories of the kiddie rides. Check in advance you'll probably need tickets.
