Park at Heritage Park parking lot for this scenic ride that will take around 2 hours. North Glenmore Park is a nice place to stop to rest or have a picnic along the way.There is one tough uphill but other than that, it's not challenging.

Start at the path across the street from the house to bike along the bow river pathway. This route can be as long or short as you wish. If you go as far as Edworthy Park, stop for a break at Licks ice cream shop before looping around the bridge and coming back along the other side of the river.
