Parks & Nature
This is the closest trail to our house. Not too strenuous but nice hike around Squires Lake and Beaver Pond. Can actually walk there from our house if feeling energetic.

Another great place for hiking which is nearby. The view of Skagit Valley and sunsets at Samish Outlook are spectacular. Its about a 10-15 minute drive on dirt roads to get to Samish Outlook. A couple of trail heads are not as far.

A challenging hike that has trail head off of Chuckanut Drive. Views from Oyster Dome are incredible.

Great hike if you want to get views of the San Juan Islands, Vancouver Island and Olympic Peninsula. Trails take you around a peninsula on the bays around Anacortes. Suggest going on clear day so you can get views. Pretty level trails.
