Nice and calm "Biergarten" with canopy swings (right now only 2, they are doing some work in the garden). German kitchen, seasonal dishes. Wild game on the menue in winter (main course: 16-25 Euro).

If you wanna go for a swim on a hot day. It takes you not even 15min by S-Bahn to arrive at S-Schlachtensee. Clean lake. Unfortunately a bit crowded.

Irish Pub since 25 years (?) at this place. They organize pub quizes, live music (not in summer), public TATORT-Viewing etc. Nice atmosphere inside and outside. They have also breakfast. 10mn of walk.
