All around this area is amazing. The walk along Memorial Drive north of the Bow River takes you through the hip neighbourhoods of Sunnyside and Kensington where there are mature trees, pubs, and restaurants. Crescent Road on the hill above Sunnyside (connected by paths) has a stunning view of downtown day or night. Cross the river to Prince's Island and you have picnic areas, beaches, and sightseeing in a park setting. Sometimes there are live events at the outdoor theatres, food vendors, and other attractions. Overall, you can get a great walk or run in while enjoying the sights and sounds.

Beautiful park near the water. Go for walks, kayaking, and sightseeing. There are little-known spots you can find down the hill by the water as well as grassy areas for games and picnics at the top where you park.
