Favorite Restaurants in Redding
Mosiac has a great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. It was newly built (along with the Sheraton Hotel) in 2018 and is a great place to stop for dinner or drinks after a walk across the Sundial Bridge and Botanical garden trails.

We love Roots Juice bar! They use all organic products and in addition to having freshly prepared juices, smoothies, Kombucha and ginger shots, we love their wraps!

From the Hearth is a locally owned restaurant with 3 locations in Redding. In addition to baking their own bread and pies, they have a great variety of healthy food options. My favorite is the Black and Blue Steak Salad, specialty tacos and the Chi Bowl.

View 202 is famous for the VIEW (obviously). The is a large patio with fun lighting and fireplaces that make for a memorable meal overlooking the Sacramento River and watching the sunset over the western mountains. Locals bargain: if you have a Costco membership you can buy $100 gift card for $80.

The bridge is a wonderful place to walk and hang out. There are trails and you can grab a coffee at the Turtle Bay coffee shop. Sunsets are beautiful across the Sacramento River!
