Stamp river is an amazingly beautiful hike/walk. There is a salmon run during late August till December, where you can see thousand of the fish migrate up river. With gorgeous and powerful emerald green currents and a large waterfall, this place is a must-visit. Only a 7 minute drive from the property!

The hole in the wall is the way to go if you want a peaceful walk/hike, surrounded by the tall and revered cathedral grove trees. A hole was drilled in solid rock for a pipe which has since been removed. Now it is a popular sightseeing destination for locals and tourists.

Cameron lake is an extremely popular destination in the summer for swimming and picnics. But during the winter it is an underrated scene, with the mountains covered in white snow, it’s the most comforting and beautiful white (Canadian) Christmas! A 33-minute drive from the property.

There is an impressive and exciting kids playground, with play equipment incomparable to other playgrounds on the island. With a waterpark and an outdoor fitness gym, there is really something for everyone at Parksville beach. A 49-minute drive from the property.
