One of the most popular takeout restaurants in Chicago. The wings are phenomenal. Try them with the BBQ sauce or Soul Sassy. My son also loves the Buddha Bowls.

Both the food and beer are fantastic. I love the burger, buttermilk chicken sandwich, pizzas and salads. Great atmosphere too. They have nice outdoor seating.

This is my local pizza joint. It's very solid. They also sell by the slice. My favorite is the "Garbage" pizza. They have pub seating inside and a small outdoor seating area in front.

You can't visit Chicago without trying our Chicago hot dog with all the fixings. This is my local go-to place but The Wiener's Circle, just a few blocks down Clark St., is ranked among the top hot dog stands in the entire city.

Be sure to check out the Nature Boardwalk just south of the zoo. A family of beavers live there.
