Right on the beach, great for fresh seafood including my son's favourite - lobster. From time to time they have entertainment on in the evening. It is sometime's closed for private functions.

Great place for a coffee and a mouth watering cake. They even sell magazines and newspapers. Far nicer than the Costa down the road. Wifi too.

Personally we prefer Tea and Times along the road for coffee and cakes, however free Wifi is available here for guests too.

More an ex manor house than a real castle, but set in lovely gardens which you are free to wander around, and has a good cafe/tearooms. Very close to the flat.

Great takeaway fish and chip shop 100 yards from the flat. Great for a takeaway or to carry down to the beach to eat as you look out to sea :-)

Its an old art deco cinema converted into a Wetherspoons. Worth seeing the building even if you are not a fan of Wetherspoons.
