A great spot to visit for lunch and watch the world go by. Ten minute drive or a fabulous walk up the Hawkcombe Valley to Hawk Head on the moors, cross the A39 and walk down through the Lillycombe estate to Worthy and on to the Weir for lunch. Finish with a walk across the salt marshes for a ten mile round trip back to the stables.

Another amazing walk or short drive to the Historic National Trust village of Selworthy. The views from the village are spectacular and the village itself is picture postcard pretty. Make sure you make time for a cream tea with Whortleberry jam in the award winning tea rooms.
