THE first thing you do when you arrive in Haifa is go for a Bracha. This sandwich is basically one of Haifa’s symbols and if you ask around, you’ll see that everyone who lives in Haifa has a bit of Bracha’s sandwich corner in their hearts. Hands down the BEST(I kid you not) sandwich in all of Haifa and will keep you happy and full for the whole day. The place itself is super small and cannot fit more than 4 people at once, yet always full and the waiting queue can fill up the whole street, so expect to wait a good ~30 mins before getting your hands on the best sandwich made by the legendary Bracha. Pro tip: if she asks if you want “hot sauce” with the sandwich just always answer yes, otherwise she’ll curse you🤣
