This place is a hidden gem. It sells the most amazing fresh zingy salads. Huge portions but they are so tasty you'll wan to eat it all anyway. Great for vegetarians, vegans and people with special dietary requirements.

Hidden gem. They don't have a wide selection but what the do is excellent. My favourite is the banana flower salad.

Either take a bus to Spit Bridge and walk back to Manly or start in Manly and walk to Spit Bridge. 3-4 hour walk with hidden beaches and harbour views along the way.

Sightseeing
Walk along the coastal path to Shelly beach. This is an aquatic reserve so bring your snorkel. The beach has shower facilities, and also free barbecues on the grass area at the back of the beach. There is a great cafe.

Stunning view, walking tracks and a lot of history at North Head Fort where they do an interesting tour of the tunnels.
