Wonderful breakfast place nearby. You can ride or walk there in the morning. If you cut through the neighborhood and walk through the hospital parking lot, you are there. Great bar to walk them cook your omelet. Food is pretty good too.

We love visiting Fish Heads Pier. If you don't feel like packing up food and drinks, you can just head to the pier for a bite to eat or a drink. They only serve beer & wine but their tuna salad is the real thing!

Great Yoga! But also search for Nags Head Beach Yoga for Yoga by Jeanette's Pier right on the beach with Lisa. This is a different place than OBX Hot Yoga but my favorite.
