Basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, skate park, playground, walking/biking paths, baseball and soccer fields, and launch spots for surf and paddle board-- this park has it all! It is a great place to enjoy the sunset and watch for sea turtles poking their heads out of the water around that time.

Enjoy the upper parking lot for some paved pathways around the park, and enjoy the lower parking lot at the garden to check out historical gardens and hang out at covered BBQ pavilions with your group. Bring your swimsuit, if you want to take a refreshing dip in the river. Always follow signage around the park to stay safe on trails.

A great beach to take young kids-- this is an historic fishpond with calm, shallow waters protected by a rock wall. Also a great place to see napping sea turtles (safely from a distance).
