Great local pub which is a 10 min (downhill) walk from the property. lovely food and very friendly. A must for all gin drinkers as they have an extensive gin list. The Kents also have a small restaurant with a great menu.

Babbacombe BeachI personally love the headland hotel for its cream tea. The bar has some lovely bifold doors so it’s incredibly light and open. Once you finished your lunch you can either take a lively stroll down to Meadfoot beach or alternatively a walk to Dadyhole Plain and take the stunning coastal path straight into Torquay

Daddyhole RoadI personally love the headland hotel for its cream tea. The bar has some lovely bifold doors so it’s incredibly light and open. Once you finished your lunch you can either take a lively stroll down to Meadfoot beach or alternatively a walk to Dadyhole Plain and take the stunning coastal path straight into Torquay

A personal favourite of ours. The staff are lovely and attentive without being overbearing. The food is delicious and for anyone who has a sweet tooth like me, the meringue pudding is a must. In the summer the tables on the balcony have a fantastic view out to the bay. If your a bit of a fussy eater and like something a little simplistic then the chicken dish is for you.
