Hanakāpī‘ai Falls
Beautiful falls.
Just wanted to highly recommend a whale watching tour or a helicopter trip. Just google it or look at the flyers at the airport when you arrive. The helicopter trip is well worth the price- You will see unbelievable beauty!

It's the longest undeveloped beach in the Hawaiian Islands. If the wether is nice, watch the sun go down and lay back and watch the stars come out. Take along water and food!

Just plain wonderful and relaxing. We often see the endangered monk seals resting on the beach.

We call it the Red Wood Forest Tail-3 1/2 miles round trip-moderate and very beautiful! It is a favorite and we hike it every year. New comers this is a must!

Up to 9 miles and very unusual as you hike through a swamp. At the end you might see Hanalei bay if the clouds open up. Wonderful hike! Need hiking boots.

Wonderful moderate hike about 3 1/2 miles. In 25 years we have done this trail no less then 100 times. Go past the picnic table and go to Giants head-spectacular views!

Most amazing beach we have every been on. Bring food and drinks and stay for the sunset-it is stunning. All the way to the end of the island going North. Our number one to do on Kauai!!!!!

Kapaa Town goes all out for its first Saturday of every month Art Walk. The main street is lined with vendors selling Kauai Arts and Crafts, with some of Kauai's best musicians and bands playing up and down the street. Fun time!

Lush 30-acre botanical garden features fruit orchards, bamboo forests, peacocks and walking paths. Wonderful Luau with great entertainment and food! Owned by a family for 4 generations. They cook the pig in the ground and you can watch them reveal it when it's ready for the feast.

Very professionally done. We like the family atmosphere of the Smith's Family Garden Luau but this luau is also great in a different way. Food is very good!
