It's safe at all hours, even if it sometimes looks a little seedy. I've never had a problem (as a solo lady), plus it's well lit and well patrolled.

This place has a great outdoor garden. It's a little seedy to walk there, but I've never had a problem and it's worth the walk. You must try their fried peanut butter and jelly!
