Wick beach is about 10 minutes drive from our home. Great place to walk, surf, or catch the sunset. You will need to purchase a parking pass (either at he beach or at the junction).

Wickaninnish Beach

Florencia Bay is a beautiful beach! You can get there driving. Take a left on wick rd and first left. You will need a pac rim park pass. You can also walk to the south end from our home. Walk along the hwy north and take a left at Willowbrae. Take the path through the forest (stay rt-left will take to Wya). At the end the path splits. Left for Half Moon Bay -stunning! Straight for Florencia Bay. Both paths will require you to go down a couple hundred stairs. Pack a lunch and you can spend the day exploring the beach.

Famous Long Beach is very appropriately named. A must see.
This is Ucluelet's claim to fame. Many places to enter and come out...lots of look outs to spy whales and storm watch. A must do!

There are many great whale watching companies in Ukee and Tofino. We've gone in Jaime's in the past and had a great time.
