Beautiful quaint seaside town approx 12 minutes from the Cottage. Wonderful shops, restaurants and you must try the famous Aldeburgh fish & chips sitting on the sea wall! A wonderful coastal path exists from Aldeburgh to Thorpeness great for cycling or walkers. The Kitchen, Thorpeness is great for food, snacks and great breakfasts. Lovely views over Thorpeness mere with inside & outside seating.

A gem of a town … beautiful river walks, Cinema, sports centre. Wonderful street vibe with lots of quality cafes, tea rooms, restaurants & an array of olde worlde pubs. Great to visit for shopping with an array of upmarket independent shops.

Approx 40 minute drive from Mulberry Cott, this is well worth a visit. A gem! Amazing food, cocktails and stunning views over the Brett Valley where you can eat Al Fesco
