Probably mostly locals. Not exactly a classy date night place, but I love it the way it is. Surprising great Drunken Noodles here.

The "Lunch" is the best thing on the menu, and Cartitas is their best protein... Lunch, even when it's not lunch time.

They've won the best burger in Maine... Although I don't know about that. However, the Deluxe Egg sandwich might change your life for the better.
VERY limited seating. It's an old time rail car diner that has received awards galore for their modern take on comfort classics.
I recommend highly for small groups. You will never get four seats in a row inside, and if you do, conversation will be difficult.
Great for two, and go on a weekday or you may have to wait for a long time.

They've recently added a casual dinning menu that they are taking seriously. Of the local breweries, Banded stands above the rest.

If you like quirky, if you like oddities... Then you're likely to love Up & Up. It's hard to find (on the second floor above Vic & Whits).

This Audubon trail is a very pleasant walk. you get to see ocean, some rocks to climb around on. The trail leads up the mouth of the saco river just a bit. Not a long hike, but a nice chance to see an undeveloped slice of the coast. no dogs

a 2.4 mile back and out trail on the coast. quite nice, lots of rocks, birdwatching, but no doggies.

If you like your summer fun mixed with a little danger, this might be the place for you. I haven't been in years :)
