The Sabie falls are located on the edge of town on your way to Graskop. Spot the old bridge atop of the falls which used to be the entrance to town and also see if you can spot the old buildings that used to assist with generating hydroelectricity in the 1930's.

This double waterfall on your way to Graskop has an interesting history. Due to blasting for gold in the 1800's, the miners accidentally created a second waterfall which is in full flow in the summer time.

This waterfall is wider than it is tall. And that is why it is worth it to visit this place. Have a quick dip in the waters by the falls to cool off from the hike. The falls are reached via a short hiking trail of about 3kms and well worth the effort.

Thought to be one of the oldest caves in existence in the world, visit the caves and join a guided tour. There is also an interactive dinosaur park, that are especially enjoyable for kids, as they wonder through this prehistoric learning journey.
