Kind of a unique place to grab a drink or a burger.....and yes, they do have various styles of donuts. The "Mike's" chain of restaurants locally are known for good food, but they don't hurry, so if you are in a hurry, probably want to choose another place. But if you have time, and want some "sports bar" ambiance, it's a good selection.

Tinseltown is our favorite cinema and is about 10 minutes away - head north on Green Bay Road to 75th Street (Hwy 50). Make a left on 75th street and take a right at the Applebees.

Our home is 5 minutes away from a really great golf course and it's reasonable too. Shepherds Crook is not a super long course, but each hole is fun and the greens are challenging.

Alpine Valley is in Elkhart and just under an hour from our house. The nice thing is that you typically won't have a lot of traffic heading there or back....although you might have a little hearing home from a concert. Cool place not too far from Lake Geneva, which is another cool place. :-)

Cool place not too far from Lake Geneva, which is another cool place. :-)

Our Lakefront has some cool parks, bike paths, fun restaurants and activities for children. An example is the Farmers Market on Saturday morning downtown. Fun event and yummy food.

Our local Meijer has just about anything you need.....a nice combo of grocery, pharmacy, fuel, auto, sports, etc. It's just 5 minutes away as you go north on Green Bay Road.

We actually do have a couple of small museums downtown. Kinda fun to learn more about Wisconsin.....we also have a Dinosaur Museum right across from the Courthouse/Post Office downtown. Small and limited hours, but kids love it.
