A busy market town. Bars and pubs located mostly in the town centre. Buses available but please note you have to walk up to the main road (a420) which is extremely busy and at night the road up there is dark and has no streetlights.

Unfortunately the bus service is only available from the a420 which is about a 0.5 walk. It is a busy road and there is not a crossing. If you do choose to get a bus from here, they run every 10-15 minutes both to Swindon and Oxford. If you want to head towards Faringdon/Oxford you need to cross the a420 and stand in the opposite side to the longcot turning. If you want to head into Swindon, you stand on the same side.
