This place can get very crowded especially on the weekends so be prepared to wait. You can always walk around the Pioneertown Mane Street.

If you're in the 29 Palms area you should try this spot. It's open 6pm - midnight. It has a great vibe with the mostly outdoor seating (dress warm in the winter) and has spectacular food! Its also worth just driving out for the experience of it.

This area has a very rich history. It was a sacred space with spiritual energy for the Native Americans. It then became gathering point for UFO believers in the 1950s. Located 3 miles from the Integratron on a dirt road.

There are plenty of grocery stores here in Yucca Valley. This is the closest big store that we usually go to. They seem to have a pretty good selection of everything that you might be looking for.

A nice easy loop hike that is 1.8 miles (2.9 km) with an elevation gain of 120 feet (37 m). Start this dirt trail across the road from the entrance to Jumbo Rocks Campground, at the Skull Rock parking lot

The National Park offers 90 minutes tours of the Keys Ranch from October - May. The ranch was originally built in 1910 so its very interesting just walking around to see all of the buildings, tools and cars. You can reserve tickets at Recreation .gov

A great hike to take in the wintertime when hopefully its full of water. This hike is located in the middle of the park and is an easy 1.5 mile loop trail. Its also right next to the Wall Street Mill trail so you could easily hike both trails before lunch.

Here are several hikes that close by the house and are part of the very western edge of Joshua Tree National Park. The high view nature loop is a fun 1.4 mile loop trail and great for kids. The black rock canyon trail is a 3.4 mile loop.
