AVOID Drinking Top Water, Cube Ice, Street foods.
Make sure you have your own bottled water container and always make sure you drink purified/mineral water even brushing your teeth. Make sure to ask for Ice cubes that comes from Purified or Mineral water. If you order Seafoods make sure its well cooked, specially seashells, crabs, lobsters, etc. Careful with smoothie or fruit shakes make sure Water & Ice is from mineral water. Its better to drink Beer and Save Water.
