An upscale Mediterranean restaurant with eclectic dishes is about 3 blocks up the road. It would be best to make reservations, although I'm not sure you need them. I haven't been, but the place seems pretty heavily frequented.

Great ambiance, and only 2 blocks away. The food is pretty decent, and they cater to vegetarians as well. The menu is always changing, so I'd bank on the coffee and the couches and chairs.
