"La Croisette was created in 1982 by Mr. and Mrs. Pedaggi, a French couple, they immediately fell in love with the beautiful town of St Pete beach, they quickly offered their customers French specialties, delicious croissants and many pastries. In the 2000's their daughter-in-law Beverly Pedaggi bought the Croisette from them, and the inevitable Beverly's la Croisette breakfast & lunch was born. In July 2020 Natalie and Michael bought the restaurant after almost 1 year of work the doors of the Croisette can finally reopen, the restaurant has been completely redone."
