Excellent yummy breakfast, lunch, brunch food. Unique blend of Filipino breakfast, IHOP style. You need to try Lolo Rick's Adobo fried rice with red velvet or ube pancakes. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend since this is a private family owned restaurant chain that could be found only in Las Vegas.

Nothing beats a great view from this while having a drink. it takes 30 min to fully go around, enough time to take pics and enjoy the lights at nighttime.
