There are numerous trails, a ranger cottage, a dining hall with a bar, and a large grassy park. This is a must see if you are visiting Boulder.

A lot of people climb to the top of Mt. Sanitas. It is a good workout. Takes about an hour, more or less, to get up. Good views from top. Can be crowded. Park across Mapleton in the parking lot.
