If you haven't been to Double Eye, you haven't been in Schöneberg, really. It's THE coffee place, small, friendly, often crowded, cheap and always worth a short wait in the line. Get the Galao!

This place is a Schöneberg institution. The Sunday brunches in the huge, cozy library style living room in the back are legendary, book a few weeks ahead if coming with a larger group.

My favourite Berlin beer garden. Perfect place in the summer, located right next to a lake inside the Tiergarten park - good food and beer. Not cheap and with a slightly posh, almost Munich feel.

Currywurst is a true Berlin special. This is one of the most iconic places, open until the wee hours and always crowded. Not the best currywurst in town, but that's just my opinion :)
