It's right across the street from the largest piece of the Berlin Wall still remaining. When you get to the wall, walk to the left until you reach a bridge. Kreuzberg is just across the bridge.

It's famous. I've never gone up to the top, but I hear there's an expensive cafe/restaurant up there and the view is quite nice. You can also bungee just from up there, I think.

The windows are really beautiful. It's historic and part of the pre-war, original building still remains.
