I like this for a day trip because there's restaurants on the bay, beautiful ocean beach AND a spray park for little ones plus the drive down ocean parkway is lovely

The drive all the way through Ocena Pkway to Captree& onto Robt Moses Causeway S. to Robt Moses State Park is breathtaking. Beach's amazing &you can walk to the Lighthouse & on to Kismet, Fire Island
