Ruby Jewel is a Portland staple. They started at the Portland Farmers Market in 2004 making and selling ice cream sandwiches. It's the best small batch ice cream in Oregon. Our favorites are any peanut butter flavor, fresh mint flake, and caramel with salted chocolate. You can also buy the ice cream sandwiches at New Seasons Market, only a few blocks away!

It's walking distance from our house & you can sit outside. They have a really nice chill vibe, with a surf shop inside. They don't serve food but you can grab something from the food carts down the street and bring it in.
