This Indian restaurant has heart! Vimala started her restaurant in downtown Chapel Hill after years of feeding her friends and neighbors. Her motto is "everyone eats" regardless of ability to pay. The food is fantastic, authentic Indian food, and I like to leave a little extra to help feed others in need.
