This shop is a short drive. Clarkesville is a great little town and this shop and artist are definitely one of my favorites. No touristy things here; you'll find a local artist with the some of the most incredible creations around! Stop by and take home a candle, Christmas ornament, or a purse to remind you of your trip to north Georgia.

If you're a hiker, no visit to the area would be complete without climbing Mt. Yonah. The Army Rangers train here and it's always really cool to come when they're rappelling or doing a night exercise.
