The Club is more of a bar for oldies however recently it has opened a very good restaurant (for young and old) called Left Hand Break (inside the Club). Simon is building a small playground out the back too. We love the fish tacos.

There are several walks and tracks in this area starting from the carpark and leading down to Ngarunui beach.
Walk through the trees along well contracted paths, crossing bridges over stony bottom creeks, or taking in the views of the harbour. A nice place for a picnic.
