It has a wonderful garden with pink flamingos and a pond! the resteraunt has great views across the london roof tops.There is a an outside terraced area for pre eating drinks or a less extensive menu. This resteraunt is silver service so not ideal for small children unless they are happy to sit at the table. It has a with a lovely menu and wine list, It is advisable to book ahead as they are popular. A good place for a special occasion .

I love walking along the river from Waterloo via the Hayward gallery. stopping for lunch along the way in one of the laid back riverside restaurants ( maybe if a special day up the top of the Oxo tower pre book a very smart place to lunch with views) and then after visiting the tate modern going up to the cafe at the top with views over the millennium bridge and St Pauls cathedral. you can catch a river boat from here too.
