Excellent views of Surfrider Beach and great food. I prefer going there for lunch. Try their cauliflower crust pizza -- delicious and no bread!

In addition to the cool stores in the Lumber Yard, there are two other shopping centers adjacent and across the street. Between all three, there's plenty of shopping, dining and a movie theater. Bring your credit card!

This isn't a mall, just a really cool collection of shops and restaurants in Venice. My favorite place for lunch/dinner is Gjelina -- some of the best food anywhere in LA, period! If it's the first Friday of the month during the summer, the stores stay open till 9 pm or later, food trucks are everywhere, and tons of people -- very festive!
