AND - you can get off the light rail at 38th street station and walk two blocks west and after eating, get back on the light rail to Lake Street. This is where you get off to walk here. On your way WALKING to the Riverview Theater, try this little homey cafe - they have some tap beers and somewhat limited wine selection, but good wild rice soup and it is very homey and not usually crowded.

Run by two sisters, very good authentic Mexican, not too expensive and good quantity of food. The mole sauce is out of this world, in my opinion. They have margaritas but they are the kind made with wine - no fancy drinks here.

If you want to take the light rail downtown you can get there without a car, which is what we would recommend - just easier. Check website to see who is there and when.

It is really a place that makes mead out of "foraged" fruits from trees around the city that people do not harvest. They have a really nice cherry mead - and other flavors too. Also other drink options. The bar has been newly opened and is within a few blocks from here.

A nice small wine bar with nice food selections for after the movie at the Riverview Theater as it is right across the street. Very good selection of wines and beer, including wine flights which are kind of fun to indulge in

Good place to go to check out Minnesota History, in St. Paul, can take a 21A bus all the way there, it will take a little less than an hour to get there, but if you don't have a car you could do it.

I try to avoid it, but if you like that kind of thing then it is for you.
You can take the light rail all the way from Lake Street and then back again. Easy, peasy -
