Great views and walking up there is pretty good exercise too. Find the wooden steps on the east side and look for the native parrots.

Cute shops and restaurants. A bit touristy but not as much as Fisherman's Wharf. Grab a ferry to Sausalito or Alcatraz from here for a fun day.
