Nice and cosy little place. A mixture of traditional danish food combined with international cuisine. Lots of special beers and whisky as well. Do go by there - and be hungry when you arrive :)

There is no way to explain the "Freetown Christiania" - but it is the 2nd largest tourist attraction in Copenhagen. Google it - and go visit. BUT NO PICTURES THERE! Put your camera in your bag.

This is the local metro stop. The metro takes 10 minutes to the airport, and will take you to the heart of Copenhagen within minutes. Approx 150 meters from the apartment.

Go here for a walk on a sunny day! Walk up along Amagerbrogade until you reach the water. Turn right, and keep on going. You'll reach the Freedom Town Christiania by a small bridge after 1½ km.

The water in the harbour is so clean that you can drink it (if it wasn't sea water). Is it hot? Go take a swim here - the place is awesome (and very crowded on a sunny day).

Fancy a run? Then this area is the best. Run nearest the water. It is safe to run there day or night (but a bit dark a night, since they have removed all lights so you can see the stars at night)

Fancy a (longer) run? Then go here. It's not a park, but more of a semi-rough nature area. It's flat as a pancake, but nice - and absolutely safe at day. It's not unsafe at night - just a bit dark! :)

This is a local hangout. Very traditional and very NOT modern :) Try the "Arnbitter" along with a beer - it's a local danish bitter, that you for sure haven't tried before.
