Probably the best sightseeing spot in Porto. It's a tough walk up, but the views are world class. Go there during sunset. :)

One of the most famous book shops in the World. And they say JK Rowling took some of her ideas for the Harry Potter book from this very place. Iconic red staircase.

The Gaia side is where all the wine cellars are located. Many typical restaurants, coffee shops, bars and night life. Well worth the visit. A good way to spend an afternoon. It's also a great place to see Porto on the other side of the river.

A great place to eat at reasonable prices. An entire building with 3 floors. Pizzas, Gourmet Burgers, Sushi, Pasta and Vegetarian... there is something for every taste. :)

One of the top spots in Porto. Filled with cafes and restaurants, with amazing views of the D. Luis Bridge and Gaia. Lots of street artists and live music. A great place to go and feel the spirit of Porto.

It's considered one of the last quality fresh food markets in Porto, with decades of history and a lot of nice things to taste. Right now, it looks ugly with all the renovation work... but it's still worth a visit.
