Catch a ferry to Bainbridge Island. They leave every 30-60 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to get there. The views are amazing and the price is right (less than $8) and the return is free.

Consider stopping at Costal Kitchen or another bar, restaurant or coffee shop on 15th Ave on your walk back "home".
