A young, very active beach area. There are tons of bars, stores and places to eat, as well as a great boardwalk with lots of places overlooking the water. Tower 23 is a personal favorite :)

If you're looking to shop, this is the place. A Very large, beautiful outdoor mall. Has a food court as well as a movie theatre. Can be pretty crowded on weekends.

North Park is very close to our apartment, and has a lot of restaurants and bars. It's a very active area with a friendly vibe and lots of young adults. Very walkable.

Coronado Island is a beautiful area. It is somewhat of a "suburb" of San Diego, with many beautiful homes and lots of green. Orange Avenue is the main road, with many shops and restaurants.

Our favorite Pizza place. If you are from the East Coast, you will be happy here. It's the closest to East coast pizza we have found. We have even become friends with Joe, the owner.
