Michael Voltaggio's Ink alternative has GREAT sandwiches for $5-6! Be warned, they're small, but perfect for a small lunch. I also recommend the delicious Handsome Cold Brew coffee.

Uber-hipster, but such a great place for a good cup of coffee and some people watching. The staff is also terrific!

The Grove is a bustling (read: often overcrowded) outdoor shopping mall. While it can be a bit of a zoo, I'll take it over an indoor mall any day.

This park is wonderful! It's got plenty of green space, children's playgrounds, baseball fields, football/soccer fields, basketball courts, etc. Dogs are welcome, but on leash only.
