If you're celebrating a special occasion, we cannot recommend Coonara Springs enough. Stunning gardens and considered interiors with incredible food. There's a reason why every review is 5 stars. It's a must if you're really trying to impress.

There is a reason The Independent is frequented by celebrity chefs. The food is off the charts good. It's got the best vegan offering anywhere in the hills (in fact it has its own vegan menu) and it's always packed, so booking is essential. Honestly in the top 5 meals of our lives. (And we once ate at Per Se).

Sooki is the best! Food and drink is incredible, beer garden is under a huge tree with fairy lights and there are wonderful gigs and comedy nights. They also do the best coffee and breakfast.
