Take off your flip flops & dig your toes into the sand while enjoying platano pancakes, then jump a water taxi to Lovers' Beach. This is my place for bfast. Take in the Thursday night fiesta also.

If Diners Drive-Ins & Dives likes it, then I'm in. Don't let the highway location steer you away. Try the grilled veggies and the stuffed potato. The scallop taco is pretty good, too. Cheap!

This restaurant is within a residential development that has the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Cabo. Hard to find but worth the hunt. The food is wonderful here and a very romantic spot.

This is an explosion of Italian food! The atmosphere is fun...where they want to legalize Marinera (play on words only). Reservations are a must. Expect HUGE portions. A bit on the expensive side.

I like this place mostly because of the live music provided at night. But the menu is quite delightful as well. Very authentic Mexican and the atmosphere is warm.

This is a sweet restaurant that is full of local culture & cuisine. Maria is the sister of Cabo's famous Edith and has created a name for herself with this wonderful respite of perfect Baja food faire

Owned by the same group as Puerta Vieja so they have mostly the same menu. The seafood combo plate with grilled Ahi tuna etc is perfect for 2. The deck is cool around the pool or further out w/a view.

Order the Caesar salad but add grilled shrimp to it...it's not on the menu! Just a local hang-out so don't expect flare and such. It's clean and has great margaritas...and very good ceviche.

A sushi lover? This is an experience you'll never forget. The chefs design and create the most incredible sushi experiences. The presentation is outstanding but be prepared for the bill...spendy.

Very American...burgers, ribs, etc. This is a local hangout for expats...you can imagine Jimmy Buffet hanging out here, but you'll be entertained by Peter at the piano bar instead. Boogie down!

This is the grocery store at the base of the hill from your house. It carries many hard-to-find items not found elsewhere. Vegan, organic & specialty items abound. It also has a great Mexican kitchen.

This is my favorite beach to snorkel. It's quaint (but a mega resort is under construction there) & clean. Many permanent palapas provide shade. Outhouses (not great) are there as is a lifeguard.

This beach is larger but still very beautiful. Snorkeling is good here and there are four beaches to enjoy (climb the hills). Bathroom and shower facilities exist as does an occasional lifeguard.

Take a drive north up the Pacific to a big beach to surf or have a beer on the beach. Climb the rocks to the resort to enjoy a cocktail at the bar with breathtaking views. This is worth the drive.

This is the closest golf resort to the house and my neighbor is one of the golf pros there. It is quite beautiful and a challenging course.

Take a glass-bottom water taxi here to enjoy a different perspective of Cabo. Find a guide who knows the area and can give geographical data of Land's End and El Arco.

This is the closest athletic club to your house. It's just at the base of the hill to the West. Complete exercise equipment facilities.

This is the only hospital I woud recommend visiting. It has state-of-the art equipment and staff available. It's not the closest (downtown) but it's the only one I would go to.
