Wir sind eine kleine Familien geführte Anlage unweit des Strandes und der Bummelmeile - aber weit genug entfernt um die Ruhe des Urlaubs zu genießen. Der Palmengarten lädt ein zum relaxen und der Gemeinschafts -Pool zum Baden . Das Steak /Fisch kann selbst am Barbecue gebrutzelt werden. Die Anlage ist abgeschlossen und so bleiben wir unter uns. Der Strand , Geschäfte und der Supermarkt sowie Restaurants sind in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Von November bis April ideal für Remoter und Home-Office

Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

En los bajos tiene un supermercado y esta rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Cala Millor es una zona familiar y tranquila. Tiene una de las mejores playas de la Isla.
