Not only does San Augustine claim to be the oldest town in Texas, with the Mission Dolores Spanish mission built in 1721, the Historic Lewis Hotel and the Historic Jail, we sit right between the two most beautiful reservoirs, Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend.

Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

Our Texas sized, pet friendly Barndo is a 3,600 sq. ft. Lake House, located on ~3 acres overlooking Toledo Bend Lake. Our spacious Barndo sleeps 16 in beds with additional space for air mattresses. We are on a bluff above the lake which offers stunning panoramic views of Toledo Bend and beautiful sunsets. If you are coming to enjoy water activities, we are conveniently located between 3 boat ramps (~1 mile away). Shore fishing/swimming is available just 1 mile away at Holly Park Marina.
